I love baking with bruised bananas and have so many muffin recipes but this might become my go to recipe now cause they are delicious and don’t have much sugar either which I love! I am familiar with 21df and made these awesome muffins today!

I baked them for a little longer than 25 minutes – they were quite gooey when they come out of the oven but firmed up a bit as they cooled. I mean, you could but eventually one day you’ll look down and you won’t be able to see your toes.
Thanks for the healthy recipe. Wanted some banana muffins and used the ingredients I had. Gently remove the muffins from the pan and place them on a wire rack to finish cooling completely, or enjoy immediately. All the ingredients sound delicious. And yes – the salted almond butter is a must.:-). What can I use to substitute the egg in this recipe? I make these at least once a week, we all absolutely love them and fight over them!! I was lucky to have all the other ingredients on hand, including homemade apple sauce from last summer.
It's hard to find recipes that use all WW flour and taste good.
I’ve made these several times as written and also subbing the chocolate chips for blueberries. You couldn’t taste the strawberry at all which is fine. I made them into minis and cooked for 10 min.

Just needs more oil – a lot of it sticks to the cupcake liners when you peel the muffin out to eat. Using the back of a fork, mash bananas until smooth without chunks. They were delicious and moist.
